I'm wondering if it's because she was born a girl. Loki would often change from male to female yes but I think he was always born male. Her being born female was probably enough for them to being her in.

That’s a good theory! I was thinking maybe because her parents were honest with her about her being adopted? Maybe that prevented her from going down that road Loki did and she actually was good when all the Loki variants need to have a similar path that head towards destruction? They’re not allowed to be happy and thrive?

That scene of her in that reminded me of Loki in The Avengers with the guards.
