I´ve opened this thread to talk about Tony and Bellamy´s friendship and about Fitz and Mellie´s relationship.

I know. I love them as a team when Olivia was kidnapped. They would have been stronger as a team than separated but Shonda seems to make us think Fitz is stupid. I miss their scenes together. They have some memorables.

I liked Fitz and Mellie, there's been a fatal lack of communication. I hated how at one point he just said she was handed to him when we saw in flashbacks that they genuinely liked each other. But that was probably a rewrite.

I´m sure they love each other before the rape but then, probably Mellie rejected him because she reminded the rape and that situation started to separate them till he met Olivia and evrything changed.

I agree.:nod: Mellie distanced herself and eventually it became too much.:( And their relationship and especially the love, faded away.

I think more than the lack of sex it was the lack of talking that buried that relationship. Mellie must have been terrified by sex and I'm surprised he never noticed, just as I'm surprised she never even tried to tell him. If you keep such a big secret you obviously aren't really talking to your husband.

In my opinion, everytime she looked at him she remember what Big Jerry have done to her.

Their relationship is better now that they are divorced IMO. I'm looking forward to how they interact in Season 6. Too bad we have to wait until mid-season for the premier. :(
