Same company

Creation does OUAT, Supernatural (SPN), Star Trek, Gotham, The Vampire Diaries and they did a General Hospital one this year

Photo ops great ... autographs is a bit chaotic but they make sure everyone gets what they pay for. The autographs are the part with the longest waits

Yes, they give about 2 hours to get all the autographs done so there was lots of time.

the autographs are by row and the photo ops by ticket number?

For the package autographs they are row by row
