I'm glad it's finally getting a little cooler here, I'm not built for the 30+ c we've been having :lol: I much prefer the 20c

I'm usually so bad at getting the new threads started. :embarrassment:

We've had a cold front and a couple of days of 70s and low 80s. But back to near 90 (32C) tomorrow.

We rarely have AC outside of like shops and cars here (Northern Europe) since it's all built for cold and colder so it's not been my favourite. I much prefer the kilder and colder temps :lol: I can actually do things without feeling like I'm melting :P

Ugh today I found out my dad has to have a pacemaker and I'm really scared

Awwww :hug: hopefully everything goes well with the fitting and he benefits from getting itm they are very useful and important but I can understand how scary it can be when he has to go in to get it done.

And I live in another state from him with no way to go up there plus covid restriction so ughh

That's such a shame you can't be there to support him but hopefully everything goes well and he can feel your good thoughts and vibes.

I went to an amusement park today, after not having been for many years and it was so fun :D felt like a big kid again :lol:

Sending hugs and healing thoughts for your dad. I know any surgery is scary. Hopefully he'll come out of this one just fine - and even better than before.

Recovery is going okay. I'm able to type a little bit and I'm doing exercises 3 times a day to relieve stiffness and get back the full range of motion. They hurt, but I can already tell that it's working.
