Thankfully some storms came through and cooled things off. My brother was working on setting up my swing today and I don't like him working outside when it's real hot.

My pup got sick this morning. Took her to the vet and he thinks she has the dog version of gastric reflux disease. So now she's taking medicine and on a special diet. Hopefully it will help.

She's doing good and she seems to like her special food, but she does NOT like the medicine. First time I've had that issue with her. I can get her to take it, but she tries hard to get away.

We finally finished the swing in the backyard. It's really nice. It was 93 degrees outside, but under the trees with a breeze blowing it was nice.

I went to get gas today, since I was down to less than a gallon. Got to the station and the gas cap cover wouldn't open. Took a bit of fiddling but it finally opened. I've checked it a couple of times since and it's been fine. But I definitely won't let it get so low again, just in case.
