I believe it's when Rose just comes back to the academy and telling Mason to think about her naked in his own time.. and Eddie goes

Mason: "This is my time, Hathaway. I'm leading today's session.”
Rose: "Oh yeah? Huh. Well, I guess this is a good time to think about me naked, then.”
Eddie: "It's always a good a time to think about you naked,"

I'm on chapter 14. It's after there are those rumors going around about Rose having sex and allowing Ralf and Jesse to bite her. Of course, these rumors as we know are because of Mia.

I did!

Re reading it after reading the whole series, you pick up on a lot of foreshadowing. I'll post what I picked up on tomorrow.

But also knowing that Victor was behind it, did anyone picked it up during the re read easier?

Even knowing what I know, he certainly put on a good act and I still wouldn't have known if I didn't know.

I picked up on key items. About Victor saying he had worked with those hounds before. Natalie and her "innoncent" questions. Not to mention the dead animals. They showed up where no one should of had access, no one but Lissa and Natalie. I think there was something else, but I don't remember.

Also some foreshadowing for the later books:

Quote:

"I'll kill her, you know. The queen, not Natalie. Screw the guardians. I'll do it. She can't get away with that."
"God, Rose! Don't say that. They'll arrest you for treason. Just let it go.

Then of course the obvious about turning inot a Strigoi against your will, both Rose and Dimitri said they would want someone to kill them.

And then this one:

The entire Strigoi thing shifted into new focus for me. Running into a Strigoi I knew druing the heat of battle was one thing. Purposely hunting down someone...someone I'd loved. Well, I didn't know if I could do that, even if it was technically the right thing.

Yeah, there was definitely some foreshadowing there

Actually, I did pick up on the hellhound thing, like the academy wouldn't send hellhounds to get a few teenagers, they'll use guardians like they did this time.

Especially since Dimitri said the school didn't send them. It was said somewhere that since Dimitri came to the school and learned of their disappearance he put everything he had in finding them. Of course he would of known if they sent the hounds.

Also I wonder how they avoided the guardians for 2 years.
