yup.... fire elements is as good as combat when protecting someone... I think he needs a source to start with like from a match or lighter...

Well he wasn't using his powers for combat in that moment but it does help them. Especially since fire can hurt the Strigoi. I think no matter the element, they all need a source to manipulate if that makes sense. Can't conjure from nothing.

Hopefully we can see them together soon
