Rosalee Calvert is the Proprietress of the Exotic Tea & Spice Shop.
She came to Portland in "Island of Dreams" (episode 1x15) because of her brother Freddy Calvert's death. http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2...0px-Freddy.png
She is a Fuchsbau (fox Wesen) who, over time, has become the romantic interest of Monroe the Blutbad.

Rosalee tried to follow in her parents' footsteps as an apothecary, but she didn't like the job.
She was once a Jay addict and was arrested on one occasion for shoplifting a watch.
Sadly, her father died while she was in jail. Ashamed to tell her mother why she couldn't attend the funeral, she became estranged from her family for seven years.
Eventually, she cleaned up her act and moved to Seattle but stayed in touch with her brother in Portland.
Upon learning that she was to inherit Freddy's Exotic Tea & Spice Shop, Rosalee decided to remain in Portland and return to her family's Apothecary tradition.

Bree Turner (born March 10, 1977) stars in NBC's drama series "Grimm" as Rosalee Calvert, an apothecary Fuchsbau who returns to Portland after her brother's death.

Turner appeared in the feature films "Jewtopia" and "Smashed," the latter having premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. In 2009, she starred in "The Ugly Truth" along with Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler. She also co-starred with Lindsay Lohan in "Just My Luck."

Her recent television credits include "The Mentalist," "Raising Hope," "The Wedding Band," "Rules of Engagement," "The Ghost Whisperer," "Masters of Horror" and "Cold Case."

Born and raised in Northern California, Turner came to Southern California to attend UCLA and actively pursue dance and acting. She also studied abroad at King's College in London. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
