I love the title of this episode! It is, of course, a play on Shakespeare's comedy, "The Taming of the Shrew."
That is particularly relevant since most of the English-speaking world is currently celebrating William Shakespeare's life and works in 2016, the 400th anniversary of his death.

It's going to be a good one! btw, I just posted some links to interviews with Reggie about Wu's "problem" at the S&S thread.

It’s kinda ironic that Grimm a show based in Portland and tonight’s episode was preempted because of a bloody Blazer game, so Portland Grimm watchers can’t watch said episode . Now I’m happy for the Blazers, they’re on a winning streak. I say yay for them. But I have much preferred to watch the new episode instead. Now I have to wait till tomorrow at ten pm.

I must say that I am liking Diana. It was scary when she told Juliette that you are not my mother and made a skull on the mirror. Nick will be no match for Diana if he tries to take her mother away. I wonder if that Brothers Grimm book in Diana old room indicates that she is going to try to take out Nick. I knew that Zuri was shady, But at least we got to see a shirtless meisner which was long overdue. Bonaparte is not that scary to me and he is suppose to be one of the leaders.

Shirtless Hank was pretty hot, too

Diana is as scary as I feared she would be. It is not good to already have her parents terrified of thwarting her.
I fear she'll be jealous of her baby half-brother ..

The Grimm's book in her room recalled the locket with Nick's picture that Kelly let her play with on the plane (when they escaped from Austria). He would be one of her first memories.

The question of who is more powerful, Eve or Diana, appears to have been answered.

Wu's story was fascinating, though I'm sorry he had to kill someone. Luckily, it was a seriously bad Skalengeck, anyway.
He may have to learn to live with Primal Wu; but I have faith that if anyone can get it under control, Wu can do!

Anna - sorry you couldn't see Grimm last night otoh, you're lucky they'll re-air it so soon.

Poor Wu but at least he's got a story arc this season. I wonder who that guy was in the hospital...he was talking to someone else on the phone about Wu. He looks hideous. Man, Wu straight up killed that guy, who was a Wesen.

Meisner went to go check up on Diana's whereabouts but he didn't find her, only the people who were watching her dead. It looked as though they've been died for weeks. Glad to have him back in this episode. Trubel saved him and looked badass in all that black. Finally HW is complete with these two back in the picture. So I guess Meisner nor the people put in charge of Diana was bad or working for BC.

Diana definitely need to get a handle on her powers. I don't know whether to think she's bad or good with the display of magic she used in order to get Adalind to come with them. Renard couldn't even control her . I feel as though Diana is a little manipulative. I don't think she really loves Renard, only Adalind. I mean she was cold as ice when Renard was speaking to her in the bedroom.

We finally make the mysterious Bonaparte. He wants Adalind on their side. BC will kill her if she chooses to stay with Nick. He wants a hexenbiest on their side and he says Diana is very vulnerable to their cause, whatever that means. Renard implied that BC may not want to mention killing Adalind in front of Diana. He threatened Kelly's life if Adalind didn't leave Nick and go on their side. I don't like this guy at all.

I knew that basterd Renard was on BC side. I'm glad to see I was right. Last night's episode confirmed it. Glad to know he knows Nick is going to be against him if Adalind decides to go with them. I hope Nick kicks his ass. He's only a puppet to BC and to Diana as well.

I had a feeling BC would want Nick on their side since he's a Grimm. BC are really trying to build their army. Their presenace was really felt in this episode alone. These guys are no joke. They are getting at our Scooby gang from all sides.

Of course I loved the Nick and Adalind scene. Glad she finally told him about her hexenbiest powers returning. Glad to see she take responsibility of the lack of communication between them. My girl has really changed. Both of them admitted that they would never harm one another .

I really do like Hank with Zuri but I hope she can be trusted. Damn, I knew it. I knew she couldn't be trusted. She's with BC.

I really liked that Adalind had a lot of scenes. She was being pulled in all directions. BC not only threatened her but her children and Nick as well. She just wants to have a normal life but outside forces are standing in her way.

Damn, I felt so bad for Nick at the end by coming home to see Adalind and their son gone, but at least he knows she left to protect him and her children from BC.

It was an interesting episode.

I am so happy to see Meisner and Trubel back, I need more of them and less of Eve running the HW. U can't put main group of organizers aside and give full powers to others, I love seeing Meisner and Trubel more than Eve.

Diana is scary and her possessiveness and demanding nature beg's one question, if she was under the protection of Meisner and HW, why she never contacted or demanded or tried reaching to her mother Adalind, until now??

I liked how Renard knew, Nick will be against him regarding Adalind and Kelly, and I liked the pre-cap, so much. They started saying his family and I hope they stick to it.

I am never really enjoyed Nick and Juliet, I honestly prefer him single if there is no Adalind, and they are hell bent on showing Eve cares for him which brings the question, does he care for Juliet or Eve the same way he did?

Diana, interesting and like said Scary, she can imitate vocals, so why she never contacted Adalind before? Argh so much

Wu, good that he is more than a side kick and punching bag, I like how he took everything in stride and the support the gang gave him
