This Friday's @NBCGrimm is one of my favorite scripts. It begins the bullet train of momentum to our mid season finale. #GetReady

Oh, poor Adalind holding a piglet. Is she hallucinating still?

Lutesse 11-20-2014 03:08 PM

I guess she thinks it's her baby .. yes, hallucinating. :(

Kelaine 11-20-2014 11:05 PM

From the pictures, it looks like Adalind has been hallucinating in her cell. Interesting thing about the pig. I suppose everyone remembers the bit with Alice in Wonderland and the Duchess' baby that turns into a piglet? Not that I really get the connection. But, then, I never really got Alice in Wonderland, to be honest.

I looked up Luison online. They seem to be a Latin American werewolf although they may have originally been a sort of death spirit that haunted cemeteries. I haven't got a real feel for where that would be going. There's an interesting overlap in themes, a Wesen that apparently messes with people's minds with illusions that Nick has to go up against while Adalind is also dealing with something that messes with her mind with illusions.

So, that attacks on Nick are going to make Juliette realize he needs his Grimm back (although it looks like she's already supporting him on that, but this will really drive it home). Looks like Monroe and Trouble will be helping to protect Nick (although this could be problematic with Monroe and Rosalee also under attack).

That's all I have right now.

Antonio Banderas.

LOL I want Antonio Bandera to be a guest star here. He's already played a feline, so now he could play a canine.
LOL

Lutesse 11-21-2014 07:08 AM

Antonio Banderas? Yeah!

yt Antonio Banderas tango

Kelaine - sorry, I didn't mean to ignore your post. You know .. Antonio Banderas. :thud:

Anyway, would you believe I've never read the Through the Looking-Glass/Alice in Wonderland stories?
I think I saw the Disney animated AiW at some point when I was young, that's it. So the piglet thing is a cute twist. :D

I did some research on Luison, too, back when the title was revealed. I'd have posted about it in the S&S thread.
I'm very excited to see how they use that legend! :yay:

Oh! By the way -

Tonight's episode was so good! So much happening!

Enjoyed last night's episode! I think Nick will get him Grimmness back next episode! It appears this group that's targeting both Monroe and Rosalee is the Wesen version of the Ku Klux Klan. The ending last night reminded me of what happened in the southern US during the 50s and 60s. I think Nick will shut them down once he gets his abilities back. Nick also better confront agent Chavez once and for all once his abilities are back and have a real conversation with her about what's happening. I can't wait till next week :)
