I wasn't talking about protocols up here; I was talking about them in general, regardless of where you are when you meet them. If you work in a pace; whether government, hotel, or some other place a royal is likely to visit; the staff members that get to meet and greet them are told the protocols I mentioned and possibly a few more for when they arrive. It doesn't matter if its Canada, the US, France, or wherever; the protocols are the same.

It was fun seeing Viktor on the other side of the shoes with someone else intimidating him instead of him intimidating others

It was great that we got to the his majesty last night. The king of the Konninberg royal family and father of Renard. Could you imagine if Eric were still alive and he arranged to have both his sons meet him to announce he was relinquishing his throne and having it succeeded by Sean? What would all his fellow officers do if this really happened?

I did love seeing Viktor swallow hard in the presence of his uncle, the king. Ha!

Brian, Eric was his legitimate son. I can't imagine Sean succeeding to the throne - wherever that may be - if Eric was alive.

He doesn't care about Adalind at all, but he knew he could use her to take out the Grimm.
I suppose he'll find a way to manipulate her into working with him, but I'd rather see her give him a taste of the same medicine she dished out in Portland.
