Happy 25,000 posts, Grimmlins!

Grimm is everything and more that I love in a TV series.
It is underpinned by serialisation while giving us an exciting crime
procedural in almost every episode; it has wit and humor and even some sweet romance;
it has fantastic writing by an experienced team who have created fascinating characters
within an overarching mythology; and it has an ensemble cast that unfailingly delivers.
I like to say it doesn't take itself too seriously, often injecting a little humour
when things might otherwise get too gruesome and scary.

I am honored to be Co-Moderator of the Grimm Forum with my friend Nikki,
and I am grateful to all the amazing people who contribute to our success in so many ways.

Special thanks to PETRA , MARILYN and everyone who added thoughts and art to this
Celebration OP! With so much help, I know we'll keep our board one
that you'llalways like to visit and support.

Most of all, we will have fun and, like the show we love, we won't take ourselves too seriously.
Let's look forward to 50,000 posts and a 4th Season for Grimm!!

I got into Grimm thanks to a friend after about 2/3 of the first season was over, so I was able
to watch most of those episodes within one Weekend which was quite nice.

I was kinda hooked as soon as I heard Eurythmics "Sweet Dreams" in the first Scene,
thinking that this Show can only be good with such good taste in Music (and then
Hearing the Marilyn Manson Version later didnt hurt either).

I liked that Nick wasn't all "oh, why me? why do I have to be a Grimm?" but was more like
"alright, lets do this" and that he was really a nice guy who wasn't brooding 24/7
(Bruce Wayne, I am looking at you) and that his relationship with Juliette seemed
quite realistic and without any unnecessary Drama.

The supporting characters (Monroe, Rosalee, Sgt. Wu, Bud) are all wonderful and bring
a certain charm to the whole Show. I admit, the way they speak German sometimes
hurts but it's nice that they do use other languages besides English.

I am quite glad that has its own Grimm board where you can find out new stuff about the
Show, discuss the episodes & characters and I hope that both the Show and the board
will exist for quite some more years.

Wow where to start ?. firstly Congratulations to each and everyone of us
we have done so well with this board and bringing it to another milestone is huge .

I remember when i first watched it 4 years ago i remember the feeling of excitement
of a new supernatural show ( i love them ) and it did help that the writer from Buffy wrote
this show you can tell by the style and the character development that its defiantly the
amazing writing that keeps us coming back for more .

I like to thank our two wonderful mods Lutesse, NikNak with out them this board
would not be were it is today they have done a wonderful job of moderating it and keep it
nice and friendly so we all can come back .

Thanks to an amazing show forconruinting to surprise us and make us fall in love with the
seies event more , to the amazing cast for also being great and loveable and to all
the FF grimmlism this milestone for us :D

That's why I love Grimm so much, all three female leads,
well four if you count Kelly. Are many layered beings, they
are not there for manpain, they have their own lives outside
of their romances and men. They have conversations about things
other than the men in their lives. They have real grown up
relationships like Monroe and Rosalee. That has trust, respect,
character growth together. And a good number of the time, they
are the heroes of their own stories and they save the guys often.

Grimm is a wonderful show and I'm really happy that the
Grimm Board is doing so well.
