It's not really a new rule, it's kind of just reminding everyone of a rule that is already in place. It's kind of just for this board, too, but then again not really since it is mentioned in the Official Rules.

Well we as Mods have been discussing the fact that not everybody is on high speed internet and it takes awhile to load pages with pictures if you are on dial up and we don't want to run posters off if they cannot load a page, hence why we've set up the picture thread.

Perhaps just providing a link to said picture would work well?

Well since I'm not going to be able to run The Sims 2 on my computer, I'll have way more time and money to get 7th Heaven Season One. I can't wait for the discussions and of course all the caps that Kim is gonna provide us, lol. Hint Hint!

Well, I haven't quite figured out how to cap from a DVD with my program that came with my DVD player, but for you guys anything is possible. I was thinking of trying to find a host to put all of my caps onto, but so far that plan is still in the preliminary stages.
