I watched The Covenant last night, and I was entertained. Because I heard from people that it is bad, I thought I'd be covering my eyes from secondhand embarrassment the whole time.
Sure, sometimes the acting wasn't stellar and the dialog was funny, but Sebastian looked like he was having fun. I liked him as the villain and was happy at the end when his body wasn't found. :yay: Chase lives.
I was a little surprised how quickly the four boys started to suspect Chase wasn't a good guy. Like, there weren't a whole lot of bonding scenes between the five of them beforehand and then this really big betrayal.
And I think Chase (the actor, not the character) and the other blonde witch boy didn't show any usefulness, cause they weren't even present during the final fight. I also thought there'd be more locker room scenes, cause people who spoke about the movie went on and on about the locker room scenes.
But yea, I'd watch it again on a Saturday night.
