EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
After Kira's life is threatened, Sarah is on the warpath, but Dr. Leekie makes her think twice about her plans for revenge. Meanwhile, Cosima faces the truth about Delphine, forcing her to choose sides. Now, it's up to Sarah to decide the killer’s fate, but the truth about where Sarah came from changes everything.

seriously, though. she is so adorable. I mean, how can you not fall in love with her?

this is my favorite episode and probably the show's best - and not just because of puppy delphine, mind you. it is tatiana's most outstanding episode, in my opinion.

That twist at the end when we meet Amelia ****ing KILLED me when I first saw it.

I loved it when they mentioned Helena being the twin of Sarah. The mentioning of a bond between twins warms my heart as a twin.

Although the next episode left me in pieces.

[Less Than Perfect]

- Tatiana's acting in the hospital scene kills me. It is SO GOOD. I'm really curious how Kira was so lucky and how Sarah is able to have kids when the others aren't. I hope that part of the science gets mentioned in S2.
- Deangelis seems like the kind of cop doesn't really have any friends and is just there for the job. I mean she's nice and all and I do enjoy how excited she gets over the dead bodies, but accusing your partner probably isn't a good move.
- I really feel for Helena in this episode. She really didn't mean for Kira to get hurt and is punished by Tomas for it. That cage... I'm glad she gets a little bit of vengeance at the end, even if putting her thumbs in his eye sockets really makes me cringe.
- Domestic!Alison is so great. "Your drug paraphernalia is in your draw... So is the paraphernalia that was by your bed." "Did you wash that too?" Alison/Felix are so great this episode. Especially in the bathroom after the intervention.
- Mrs S reaction to Paul is fun. As is her shot gun. And how cute of him to bring Kira colouring books and puzzles.
- Considering Scott is a scientist he doesn't seem very bothered that he's just done all this work for no reason.
- Eeeep the Cosima/Delphine kiss in the lab! And then Cosima's grin after she leaves. SO MANY FEELINGS!
- I do love hearing Beth's voice. I'm still so fascinated by how easily Tatiana switches between Sarah and Beth's voices.
- I wonder how Alison got into the pills. Beth perhaps? Donnie telling everyone what Alison put him through is a crack up. Their reactions are so great. Especially since his mother is so unfazed by it.
- The Neolutionists really should have done a website check before sending Delphine out to be a monitor. But god, that scene kills me. Tatiana and Evelyne absolutely own it. Delphine's desperation to get Cosima to believe her. And Cosima's cry when Delphine leaves her apartment. I'm so glad they kept Tat's sick voice. It works so perfectly for Cosima this episode.
- Poor Art looks so broken after he finds out that Beth has jumped.
- Meeting Sarah's birth mother and that she and Helena were twins was totally unexpected, especially with Mrs S' reaction to her. She looks downright frightened when Amelia reveals the whole story.

I think so too. She KILLS IT as every clone this episode. All of them hit their breaking points this episode and she hits the mark perfectly with them all.

That moment between the two of them where Sarah finds Helena in the cage is so heartbreaking.

- Still don't fully understand how Sarah didn't get caught when they took Kira to the hospital? I mean, didn't she have to sign consent forms as Kira's "dead" mother?
- Although I like some of the lines they exchanged, I never really got into the Felix/Alison dynamic.
- Really wish we'd seen more of Gemina and Oscar's reactions to all of this family drama. It feels incomplete without them, and it would've been an easy way to make them come off a little less like props.
- "It still hurts in the shower, Alison." Here's to hoping that sticks for the rest of his life.
- Lol at Delphine's surprise when Cosima revealed she knew all along. She really thought she was a good monitor.
- I'm surprised this episode didn't spawn a thousand "The Scientist" Cophine fanvids.
- Poor Art. You tried.
- "How would you like it if I turned your life inside out?" I love Alison's speech, but I cringe at this line because it's like, you kind of already did.
- "You made me this way."
- "He locked you in a cage!" -locks in trunk- Tsk, tsk, Sarah.
- I'm proud of myself for correctly predicting that Rachel wasn't going to be the original, because why would the "control", the person vain enough to offer herself up to be cloned, alter her appearance?

Me too. My pet theory is that Dyad de-fertilized the clones during their early operations on them, but since Mrs. S kept Sarah hidden, she was left fertile.

As S1 was airing, I read a theory about them being twins, so I wasn't surprised, but Amelia herself caught me off guard.

I'm thinking there's a lot more going on here than we know so far. Maybe DeAngelis always suspected that Art and Beth covered up what really happened with Maggie Chen? She seems very suspicious of Beth, like she knows there's something more to her. Hm.

Delphine is really just ... God I love her, but worst. Monitor. Ever. Girl, you know science. You do not know espionage. And it spawned at least ONE "The Scientist" video, so.

I don't think she was surprised, to be honest. I think she suspected cosima - at the very least - suspected. it's what I got from her "you knew this all along" - she knew, and it was killing her, too. but, yes, worst. monitor. ever. poor bb, I her.

I always forget that Tat is sick in this episode and it's not just more of her amazing acting.

and I am glad tatiana and evelyne were both pros and shot those kissing scenes, anyway. you know some actors can get picky and obnoxious.
