“The Midnight Ride” – Abbie and Ichabod must find hidden clues to thwart the evil in Sleepy Hollow and Abbie gets an unexpected visit from the enigmatic

Two things: I couldn't find a longer episode synopsis, so if anybody finds one that is more descriptive than that, please let me know and I will edit the post. And secondly, I didn't know whether or not a character's return to the show was a spoiler or not, but it was in the official episode synopsis that I found. But I know some people don't wish to be spoiled, so I put it under spoiler tags. :shrug:

Alright 'the Midnight Ride' was solid. Not my favorite but a good episode.
I'll start off with this: I loved how this episode got back to the premise of the show, the Headless Horseman & we got to see Andy Brooks again!

Love Ichabod complaining about things from the 21st century again.:lol:
He don't like paying for water. lol and he's still trying to get the whole voicemail thing, but he did pretty good. lol

The Luke and Abbie relationship got more shown in this episode, I enjoyed it... and I like that Luke still cares about her.. and woah we got to see so much more Luke tonight, gotta love it.
Also great to know Abbie and Luke were friends before they dated, I really would love to find out why Abbie is giving him so much of an cold shoulder.

I also loved Ichabod determination to take out the Headless Horseman.

"You are much easier to read than a Vigenere Cipher." Right from the Pilot, Ichabod has been able to read Abbie Mills so perfectly, it's like he knows what she's thinking all the time. I love it.

That scene of Ichabod with the laptop was hilarious.:lol:
Ichabod is learning more and more about the technology everyday.

Abbie is a lucky woman with all of these guys with crushes on her. lol Andy and Luke both seem to really care about her. Wonder how Andy/Abbie friendship was before he got his head jacked up. lol

Captian Irving with Ichabod & Abbie today was so awesome! I love this trio.

I loved the capture of the Headless Horseman! we finally get to find out more about him next week awesome.

Loved tonight's episode.

I'm glad that Headless Horseman story line didn't end tonight and will continue next week.

Loved the Ichabod and Abbie scenes

I'm glad that Captain Irving finally believes them about the headless horseman. Even through I was afraid he would have gotten killed tonight, loved his scenes with the headless horseman in the morgue.

This wasn't might favorite episode. Some of the characters choices didn't make sense to me.

Outside of that I enjoyed Ichabod's fish out of water situations at with the water and the computer. :lol: Even though he is a gentleman, he couldn't help but look again at the sex website. He's a gentleman but he's still a MAN. :lol:

As usual the Abbie and Ichabod scenes were great. Though Brooks is creepy with his appearing/disappearing act and jacked up neck I find him hilarious. I hope we'll continue to see him more in the mix.

Did the previews for next week's episode imply that Abbie is going to try and interrogate the horseman? I'm curious to see how that's going to go since he is headless. :lol:

Yeah, I was deeply surprised that the show mentioned it.

My favorite episode thus far. Everything gelled together perfectly.

Why did they have to end it there. Humph :pout:
