No problem.
 Much better than last week. I'm feeling much better and had Monday off as it was a Bank Holiday. I was in the office today and yesterday. How about you? __________________

Sounds like a calm week for you overall?
It’s been a week, and now I have to serve jury duty tomorrow… so gonna be a long day tomorrow and possibly Friday. But my birthday is this weekend, so something to look forward too! __________________

No, just a really bad upset stomach.
 I have been off work a couple of a day a few weeks ago due to a bad cold, though. __________________
