jakesprincess, and I (zacsbabyboo) have been discussing this, and we think that it may be time to close this board. Our post counts have been declining over the past few months and we have very few regular posters. As you know, Fan Forum requires that we average at least 15 posts per day, with lower numbers than that leading to warnings and then possible closure of the board. We would prefer to go out under our own terms rather than be forced to close due to low post counts.

Please let us know what you think. We'd be glad to hear any suggestions or advice to renew interest here. Remember that to keep the board going, we need the commitment of a few regular, dedicated posters. As much as we love this board, please don't just post to "save" the board and then disappear again, because we'll be in the same position that we're in now if you do.

this was such a tough decision but I do think it’s best for the board… we’ve been barely making the count each week and having the lowest post count last month is sad. I’d rather it go voluntarily than having it close for that reason.

It probably is for the best. Obviously I am a huge Mila fan otherwise I would not visit this forum. And part of what brought me here is I got tired of going to large message board sites, such as IMDB for Mila because they are dominated by trolls.

It was nice to come somewhere like here where it was positive feedback from actual fans. But Mila made a choice with her life to concentrate on her personal life, and get married and start a family. And the reality is she barely has a professional career anymore. Since August of 2013 when she wrapped Jupiter Ascending, she has made 1 film in almost 3 1/2 years! And with baby number 2 later this month I am sure she will not work on another film for at least another 1 1/2 years!

So you are talking about making one film over a 5 year span. You just aren't going to drive much internet traffic or interest in an actress if she never works professionally anymore. I know she has her production company and will continue to do that, but that won't draw fans interest in her.

I am happy for Mila. I am glad she has the life she wants for herself, but as a fan of her as an actress I really miss her. But I don't think she is going to work much in the film industry again. I've heard rumors there may be a Bad Moms 2, and I am sure she will do a couple more films down the road at some point. But right now I think it will be a long time before that happens.

yeah that's exactly how we feel! it's been this way for so long now and even though i love mila and the board i do think it's time.

Yea, I completely understand. I will miss this forum, but it is what it is.

I am not sure where I will go for any Mila feedback or forums. I really don't think I will bother with IMDB anymore for the reasons I said. They take all the fun out of it with all the trolls and the negative comments about her. I never really understand trolls. I never understand how it makes them feel better about themselves to degrade a successful actress and celebrity. But apparently their lives are so devoid of joy they try to make themselves feel better. But it is not fun to read or spend time in forums like that.

As for Mila and what is happening now....... I LOVE her as an actress. I became such a fan of hers because I think she is incredibly beautiful. I honestly think she is one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, but beauty in Hollywood really is a dime a dozen....what sold me on her was her personality. The combination of those looks with that personality was amazing. And she had such an energy on screen....she had "it" whatever it is.

But really ever since Jupiter Ascending ended and she immediately went to work on starting a family with Kutcher it just has not been the same. As much as I have enjoyed coming here, it gets to a point when the only thing to view is pictures of her pregnant, or pictures with her walking around with Ashton or her daughter it all gets kind of pointless.

Especially when you know how much Ashton and Mila hate having their daughter photographed.

I always liked getting a little peak inside her personal life....and back in the day it was fun to see her photographed once in a while walking around a coffee shop with her friends or whatever. But mostly what I loved and wanted to see were pictures of her latest photoshoot in GQ or Esquire. Or her posing on the red carpet of her latest Film. Or getting the news that she would be on late night TV to promote her latest film. Or just learn that she had just signed on for her new film project.

That is what I was interested in. It has been years ago of course, but I still remember how excited I was when I learned she was starring in a film directed by Darren Aronofsky because I was such a fan of his work. And sure enough he got the best performance out of her that led to her only serious award recognition.

But when she pretty much walks away from the business there just isn't much left.....I looked at it like an amazing break and luck when she did Bad Moms. Lots of luck came together in order for her to do that film.....the original producers left the project so Mila even got offered the role and of course they end up filming in New Orleans, the hometown of Ashton's sister so it made it easy for the family while she worked.

I just feel like Mila has very little interest in working in front of the camera anymore. And let's face it, as she gets older the offers will become far and few between anyway. Hollywood is a tough business with women as they get older.

Again as a fan of her and her work, it really is kind of sad. But at least we got that small window of time that we did.

I am truly going to miss posting on here, I will always be a Mila fan... I enjoyed modding with my twiny and i'll never forget it!! I wish Mila all the luck in the world with her precious family. Sadly Mila Kunis' board will be closed this Sunday.

me too.. aw that gif thanks for everything, it was so amazing modding with you twiny we had a lot of fun and laughs here! i will continue to support mila and look forward to the next adventure. it's so sad to say goodbye to the board, it will forever hold a special place in my heart.

So sorry to hear about this board closing is such a sad thing but its the right decision for the board be proud of how far it has came you all have done so well who knows maybe in a few years we could open it up again
