Interesting to see the Iron Sisters and how they make the Shadowhunter’s weapons.

Poor Alec He is still blaming himself about Jocelyn’s death even though Clary doesn’t blame him.

Izzy is so addicted to the yin fen Her hand was shaking and everything. Oh Izzy has demon blood? Yin fen is made from vampire venom. And she is spying for Aldertree for the yin fen I really don’t think Aldertree is really there to help Izzy at all.

Oh poor Luke He is out of control because of the emotion of losing Jocelyn.

I’m glad Maia is out to look for Luke since the pack has given up on him Glad to see Maia and Simon going out to look for Luke. They seem to bonding well especially with the video games.

Flashback of Maia’s past when she met Luke. I’m glad he was there for her especially after she turned into a werewolf.

Sister Cleophas is a Iron Sister and Luke's older sister? and she mentioned Luke’s other sister.

Not surprising that Aldertree is still not trusting Jace at all. He is kind of blackmailing Jace and trying to get him to leave.

Malec’s first date. Magnus seemed so shocked that Alec hasn’t been in a relationship before. Aww. “You’re different but it’s a good thing.” And the kiss I’m glad they worked it out. And Jace comes to kill the mood.

I don't think they did at all. But I like the change they did for the sword being able to do that.

I havent seen the episode yet, but everyone saying this episode is awesome!!

There is something that confuses me though; at the moment the leadership of the NY institute. People keep on saying lydia vs aldertree, but in the books it's the lightwoods who are the leaders They're not following the book anymore aka Jocelyn's death so...

Are they going to change this; meaning lydia will come back and take over Aldertree's leadership. As much as I love lydia, I really dont want this to happen.....

I would prefer when lydia comes back she hand over the institute back to the lightwoods, probably due to them stopping valentine near the end.

Yeah, they never said that it can kill them in the book, so it seems that they go different route.. So I'm curious to see how it play out..

Have just watch it , finally!!

- I love the opening of the Iron Sisters, totally cool!!

- I love the clace moments, it seems they're more intense now that they think that they're sibling

- Izzy is showing signs of addiction...not good, and Aldertree.... I think Nick portrays the evil side of the Shadowhunters Clave that we read and hate in the books very well..cause I really hate him

- Alec being worried for Magnus is so adorable when he sent the fire signal I cannot get enough of Malec and I love their development this episode, what they were worried about was shown and they talk about it!! I love the 17...17 hundred..17 thousand...hahaha and the pool playing...

- I love how they still mention lydia, i hope she comes back soon

- Izzy and Clary with the purity test...it was interesting to see...

- I am inlove with Maia and her interactions with Simon!!! Alisha plays her so well

- Luke's pain

- The ending never thought that cleophas was part of the circle, I cant remember but was Amatis also part of the circle?? Cause her ex-husband was right ??

- I like that Jace is staying with Magnus!! These two are so sassy with each other

- Cant wait for 207!!! The promo looks amazingg!!

I am too It seems the soul sword is much scarier on the show than in the books.

She was She joined when Stephen and her were married. But she left the Circle after Stephen and Céline got together.

I haven't had a "ship" in a very long time. Malec is done so well on the show. I'm just surprised and pleased.

I so want Simon/Maia and and an upcoming ship I'm hoping for .. won't say til we see it. LOL

That was another really good episode on the whole, although I have a few issues/gripes with it:
* The writers totally 'copped out' by having Raphael erase Simon's mom's memories of him being a vampire

* Jace really should've punched Aldertree in the face

* What, exactly, was the point of turning Sister Cleophas into a bad guy?

I love Simon and Maia together, and seriously hope we see them continue to interact with each other as the season progresses.

Magnus and Alec's first "date" was interesting, and I like that they used it to explore the characters' personalities but without creating/manufacturing unnecessary conflict/drama.

I found it interesting that there really wasn't much in the way of 'external conflict' in this episode, which shows the strengths of the writers since it didn't feel in any way superfluous or boring, even though I don't see the point of some of the pieces that they used the episode to put into place narratively.

The fact that the Soul Sword can be used as a genocide weapon really is a bigger deal than I think Clary was treating it, but we'll see what happens in the future.

All in all, I did like this episode, like I said, and can't wait to see what happens next with all of our major characters.
