I have a doctors appointment on the 17th my blood pressure keeps going up and down which sucks lol I don't want to give up salt

^^ I hate blood pressure issues. Mine is usually low, but with anxiety, can get quite elevated. :nod:

mine has been a little too high for me and a couple days ago I was super dizzy so I have my mom check it every night since shes a nurse
