I feel like both versions of Clary has very pretty hair ;)

I loved Lily's hair more because it was more spot on to what i imagined the character to have when reading, but I love Kat's style (not so much colour) i love the soft curls, makes me just want to touch it

:nod: Different shades, nothing wrong with that. You can't see in a book how dark/light someone's hair colour truly is, you're mostly free to make it as you saw it in your head.

Like in my head Clary's hair was slightly darker than Kat's, like still very bright but more bright red than bright orange, you know?

Yeah we don't have a clue. We just know it needs to be lighter than Jocelyn's hair. I always thought it was much of a red than an orange colour.

Yep, same. But I do really like Kat's hair and it's probably more of a clear characteristic this way.

Me too. I guess Kat's hair is more closer to what Clary's hair is represented judging from the covers and their illustrations from that artist they use.

It does :nod: I wonder if they will put Clary in the Shadowhunting gear quickly like in the movie. I hope they don't. I like how they build it up in the book.

Oh, I hope not, it seems very sudden in the movie, yeah. :nod: I don't remember when it happened in the book but like you said there was some build up and Clary just doubting that this is what she wanted.
