The Walking Dead Season 7 Discussion: 7x16 SEASON FINALE - April 2nd
 

Rick’s group will find out yet again that the world isn’t what they thought it was. It’s much bigger than anything they’ve seen so far. While they have a singular purpose - to defeat Negan - it won’t come easy. More importantly, victory will require more than Alexandria. They need the numbers of the Kingdom and the Hilltop, but, similar to how Rick felt, Ezekiel (Khary Payton) and Gregory (Xander Berkeley) do not want bloodshed. To convince them otherwise will take more than speeches. The lengths Rick and the group will have to go to in order to find weapons, food and new fighters is nothing short of remarkable.

We’ll meet new survivors in incredible places. We’ll see Rick and the group tested in ways we’ve never seen before. We'll see treachery from people we trust. Rick is confident as he will see his group and many others band together with the common goal of taking down Negan. But no amount of planning will prepare the group for all-out war with Negan and his army.

Nice start to the second half.

The way they handled those walkers was awesome.

Rosita has quickly become a new favorite of my in regards to the group. She stands out this season.

Still don't care for the Kingdom stuff. I don't see that changing at all.

I liked the episode. The tiger is over the top but it is canon. I wish more people wanted to fight the saviours but it looks like some of the Hilltop are feeling it. I am happy Daryl is hiding, no point in confronting Negan yet. Loving Rosita more every episode.

I think it makes sense Ezekiel doesn't want to fight. He might be the most sane character on the show. The Saviours aren't coming into the kingdom so it makes sense he doesn't want to rock the boat. Rosita was amazing in the dynamite scene. I wish Abraham was still around. :(

Beginning was a bit cheesey but it was nice and hopeful. :lol: This show needed it.

I LOVE that Daryl was in on the conversation between Morgan and Rick about Carol. :love: Just having him back with the group makes me very happy!

I love seeing Morgan's struggle. :bawl:
