exactly, i binge watched the seasons in a week, and omg when she died, yeah im still mad about it seriously it was shi*** writing right there!!!! omg!

they should have given her a proper death a worthy death? dunno if u guys think a gunshot was, but i dont think. i think if she was bitten or killed by walkers would have made it more worthy or something, and then daryl had to kill her or her sister

Heidsdk - Oh that gunshot was a bunch of bull****. And for me has nothing to do with being worthy or not worthy as far as it being just about getting shot vs dying because of walkers. For me her death makes absolutely no sense. The whole scene in general plus how and the hell does she get hit where she did with Dawn's gun being where it's at?

Like ok Beth is going to stab someone in the shoulder wearing a bullet proof vest with some tiny ass scissors. And she's going to do it after getting to see Daryl again (and the rest of TF) and being so close to freedom... And you think Daryl would have been trying to stay as close to her as he could to protect her best he could after everything. Makes absolutely no ****ing sense. And then when she does get shot she's in a ****ing working hospital with a ****ing doctor but they don't even try to save her? Especially since she was shot in a place where survival is possible. And her death in general came out of nowhere. It didn't fit the narrative at all. And what's made even more frustrating is there are people who were so close to dying but yet magically make it out there.

I sort of agree that a walker bite would have been better than being shot. I think dying from a walker bite during a run or something could have at least given her the chance to spend some time with "team family" and show them that she had changed for the better. Not to mention the whole gunshot and the entire scenario surrounding it was completely nonsensical and impossible like Heather said.

And I've never seen the interview for myself but I read on tumblr that Emily once said she hoped that Beth didn't die from being shot. So add that to all the **** that she had to deal with. She was on the show for so long and they didn't even give her the bare minimum. It still sucks so much.

Me too. That Oh scene hits me right in the feels. Such an incredible scene between them. But also super sad now.

It was clear they didn't want to give Beth anytime with Daryl and the rest or they could have done so. So if it was a walker bite I'm sure she would have just been torn apart.
