thats for sure, his kids grew up with safe, without hunger or fear

Circumstances were so much better. And on top of that which was probably more important, it was emotionally so much better, both parents loved the kids unconditionally.

Katniss had loving parents but her dad died and her mom was mostly absent (even in the end she went to another district), and we know how Peeta's parents were. So they both were able to give their children the love and affection that they never got.

yeah Katniss's dad cared about his children and so did her mom until her husband died :( never recovered from that.
for Peeta, only his dad was kind and caring. Katniss isnt like her mom, she was able to recover from the Games and the war. and Peeta was just like his father, devoted father and husband |
They were both stronger than their parents that's for sure.
