I think Peeta figured it out something was happening, the morpheling sacrificing for him, Finnick bringing him back after the shock, Finnick don't letting him go after Katniss before the cornucopia stared spinning.

Yeah, that's true plus he start to put it together and realize, but he prob think that they all did it for Katniss..

but thats what he wanted but still :(
