That ep just cemented that men are terrible as first time fathers. I get that they're scared and this is a turning point in their lives but hello? Us women have to carry around a baby for 9 months, go into labor, give birth and then breast feed. No wonder first time mothers go into PPD but fathers? The least they can do is be supportive and just be there to help in any way. I was rolling my eyes at Jack & Kevin the entire time.

The actresses who played the older kids of Randall are Beth were spot on! And Desha became a doctor!

Did Kevin just propose after Madison gave birth? How romantic! Also how did Kevin not know about the paps? Surely he'd expect them around especially because these people will get wind about him being a father. I really couldn't care less for them anymore, they are so forced!

Also that whole thing with Toby/Kate and the surrogate was awkward although I do understand why the surrogate is always changing her mind/unsure.

yeah it was after she gave birth he proposed a second time. after he came back from his car nap I still see no chemistry between them but whatever.

and I agree they did a great job with the casting on Beth and Randall's grown up kids.

and yes the adoption /surrogate storyline is such a hard one to have on everyone. you have to carry that baby for 9 months and then give her away even though you know its the best thing for her its gotta be the hardest thing you do.

Yeah, I dunno how women do it when they gave up the babies, bec I would be heartbroken and depressing, but damn, they are so strong even though, it didn't matter if you can't have a baby, or carry it to 9 month then gave up, or the life-threaten during pregnancy.. And all..

Yup, I would have so many thoughts as well. It's hard to be a surrogate and I have no idea how they do it but I agree that they're brave and strong.

Thankfully even though Jack was the worst when Rebecca was about to give birth (and afterwards), he turned out to be a good father. Even sadder he died so early in his life. I'm sure Kevin will be the best father as well and he will do right with Madison but I really couldn't care at this point.

Is tomorrow night the winter finale? Or was it last week's ep? I'm always so confused with the sked.
