Yeah I watched when it first came out, surprised there wasn't a thread.lol

I liked it too, hopefully with that ending there's a s2.

I think I heard there wasn't supposed to be, but I think they left enough of a cliffhanger there could be. I was interested more in the group of people running the game :nod:

Oh ok.. but yeah that ending leaves the door open.

Yeah it's always interesting to see how people being so rich can also be twisted/morbid, but I was shocked to learn "The Front Man" turned out to be the cops brother:eek: like why'd he join since he won the game himself, need backstory on that. I did know the old man was behind the whole thing it became clear very early he was. which is why I want a s2 so much more they can do.

my favorite characters were Gi-Hun and Ali.. Gi-Hun finding his mother was the saddest moment for me, a close second was Ali's death:( he was so trusting and naive and it finally count up with him.

Yeah, plus I heard that if they want S2, they plan to focus on Front Man or something like that..

I'd be cool with that cause we need to now why he chose to join them. and then we'd have Gi-Hun going back in trying to stop the games.

I watched episodes 1-6 in one night. I had to stop after 6 with the marble games. The old man dying and Ali getting tricked like that did me in. :cry:

Great series. I watched the first season fairly quick and enjoyed it but wasnt obsessed or anything. Then I watched 2/3 reactors reacting to it and got more into it the more I rewatched certain scenes.

The end of episode 1 was definitely shocking. Up until then I found the show slow. And I wasnt the biggest fan of episode 2. I liked the parts that showed the games obviously.

I found all the characters enjoyable but my favorites were Ali and the two girls. Their deaths and that whole episode was so sad.



I think season 2 could and should be a new group playing the games. And we wont see the main guy until maybe half way through when he tries to infiltrate the games. Maybe he is back as a blue guard instead and we wont find that reveal until later on?

I also hope the cop is not dead. I know he fell off the cliff but he could have survived potentially. I dont think his SL with his brother is over.

I wish we would've been introduce to ji yeong earlier, especially how she sacrificed herself in episode 6.

Also we need more of the recruiter. lol

i agree about ji yeong but i still loved her and cried the most when she died. Her story was sad.

Gonna need to rewatch at some point.

Yeah and also, was the Front Man used to be cop? So I wonder what got him decided to stay to support the game and all that..

I don't think they mentioned if he was a cop or not, at least I didn't believe he was. I guess "The Old Man" converted him. like how he was trying to justify it to, Gi-Hun.
