Guess it's the same reason that no-one on other CW shows notices that characters who are supposedly in school are obviously in their thirties - because it's tv. :look: :lol:

if anyone has a spare hour there a podcast with Diane Ruggiero (iZombie and Veronica Mars co-creator) discussing the show.

I think they assume it's just a style change that fits with her new personality. In an interview Rose McIver said she has seen real people around Vancouver with a similar look.

Others do mention her look, Clive thinks she's emo or goth and the quarter Cherokee guy called her an albino. With her roommate and her family, they said after the boat party all she did was lay around all day watching tv. She wasn't going out and getting any sun.

Or you just have to go with it's TV where most things are never going to be like it is in real life.

She's supposed to be a reanimated corpse. She has to look deadish pale. I think she looks better as a zombie then she did as a human.

In all seriousness I let it slide because they need something to visual show the difference between normal and potential zombie. Besides, who see someone really pale and thinks Zombie. If anything I would be thinking Vampire maybe... but not Zombie.

Anti-social Liv with useless trivia facts was great. She was more zombie like with personality. She looked scary when she went into full on Zombie mode and killed Marcie. If I were Ravi, I'd make sure to never make her angry.

I liked how they brought in the roommate this time. I figured she was a Lawyer and had the possibility of being involved in Liv's cases. Although her saying Liv investigating a murder was to get back at her came out of nowhere. Especially since Liv probably never even thought of that. She was trying to catch a murderer.

Yeah it's good to see her interact with her fellow humans rather than just co-workers. We hear her talking about her feelings as used to being human but it would be nice to see it a little more. Still we are only on episode what...3?

this was a great episode. still not a fan of the roomate or the ex finance but im glad she is interacting with other humans.
