The previews did look very interesting, so I can't wait to see who it's going to be.

I'm so excited she's gone!! I couldn't believe Virginia changed her mind like that, but I'm glad Sara's gone. I also couldn't believe she wasn't mad at Virginia. After she handed her jacket to Chef Ramsey, I thought she was going to turn around and deck Virginia.

And next week's looks good too, I can't believe any of those three would try to "take on Chef Ramsey."

Yay, she's gone! I was so happy that Virginia changed her mind. I can't believe Sara thought she didn't do anything wrong during the service. When Chef Ramsay has to yell at you several times, you've done something wrong whether you want to admit it or not.

About halfway through the episode, I thought I wanted Virginia gone because she's obviously very weak during service and I can't see her running a restaurant at all and have it actually last for more than a week. But then Sara opened her mouth and I remembered just how vile she was so I'm very happy Sara is gone. I do hope Virginia leaves next week and it's Heather and Keith in the final two.

That was great how Virginia changed her mind. I had a feeling something would happen because when Heather was trying to figure out who to nominate, they spelled it all out that Virginia is going to take herself out. They wouldn't just tell us before hand and have no surprise. I just thought maybe Chef Ramsay would pick Sara to leave on his own.

As much as I don't like Sara, I was getting annoyed with Chef Ramsay when he kept calling her a cow. But then my husband says *he thinks* in England it just means 'girl/woman' and it's not like American's would think it would be, big/fat. But still, he is so harsh! I'd be crying my eyes out. I'm a big baby.

Oh and I was hysterical when Chef Ramsay was telling Virginia it was her choice to stay or go, and they cut back to Keith. He's got this big dopey, mouth gaping, shocked expression. He's a meathead.

Meathead is the perfect word to describe Keith. And oh my gosh, does he ever waddle like a penguin! I don't know if it's his pants hanging too low or just his natural walk or what.

I've heard "cow" used on a lot of British movies and TV shows. It seems to just mean, silly woman, kinda thing.

Did you all hear Virginia call something "brilliant" when she was shopping with Chef Ramsey, and then she turn around to see if he noticed. He's a married man with 4 kids. It's so ridiculous how shamelessly she flirts with him!

I noticed Keith's dumb look too and it cracked me up. It was also hilarious when he was talking about staying out of trouble and keeping his pants up. If you know they are falling down, why not keep them up all the time. Maybe the fans should chip in to buy him a belt.

I just watched last week's show. I'm glad Sara is gone but I would have been furious at Virginia if I was Heather. I don't think Heather liked Sara that much either though so maybe she doesn't care.

Keith constantly calling himself K-Grease cracks me up.

I can't believe Virginia is still there! I mean, last week was, what, the 7th time she'd been up there! That has to tell you something. I'm sorry, but I'm beginning to think Keith was right.

Also, Chef Ramsey can't keep his mind on who screwed up the worst, only who screwed up last. He completely forgot about Virginia falling apart on the fish station. And just remembered his problem with Keith. I think the only reason Virginia did well on the hot plate is because Heather got it straightened out.

I started watching this show last year because I LOVE Gordon Ramsey, but I'm starting to lose my respect for him. I think Virginia's flirtatiousness did persuade him some.

I didn't watch the whole show but I'm glad Heather won. She really deserved it.

I liked Virginia's idea of picking the weaker people as part of her team to make herself look better if she could lead them. She did a nice job too.

Heahter so deserved to win! I just couldn't see Virgina running a kitchen quite yet! I was almost crying when she realized that she had won!

It was a great finale! I really enjoyed it!

Hell's Kitchen 3 (premieres June 4)

FOX Broadcasting Company: Hell's Kitchen

Fox reveals the identities of its 'Hell's Kitchen 3' culinary contestants
By Christopher Rocchio and Steve Rogers, 05/15/2007

Fox has announced the 12 wannabe chefs and restaurateurs who will be trying to please foul-mouthed British chef Gordon Ramsay on the third season of Hell's Kitchen, which is scheduled to premiere on Monday, June 4 at 9PM ET/PT.

Saying Ramsay is hard to impress is an understatement, as during each week of the culinary competition, the hopefuls will attempt to prove they have the right ingredients to run their own successful restaurant with a menu that sizzles.

Like the show's first two seasons, Hell's Kitchen's third season cast will have to both work and live together in a restaurant/housing facility that will keep the contestants under cameras 24/7. Similar to last season, Hell's Kitchen 3's Blue and Red teams will also be divided by gender, with the cast's six men battling against the cast's six women.

According to Fox, Hell's Kitchen's third season cast will be competing to become head chef at a new Italian restaurant at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino in Las Vegas. Green Valley is the sister-luxury property of the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa property that includes T-Bones Chophouse & Lounge restaurant, the resturant where Hell's Kitchen 2 winner Heather West was supposed to become executive chef. However for reasons unexplained by Fox, West apparently never received that position and is instead currently working as senior chef at Terra Rossa restaurant, another Red Rock Casino restaurant.

The twelve contestants who will be competing on Hell's Kitchen 3 are:

- Aaron, a 48-year-old retirement home chef from Palos Verdes, CA

- Brad, a 25-year-old sous chef from Scottsdale, AZ

- Eddie, a 28-year-old grill cook from Atlanta, GA

- Josh, a 26-year-old junior sous chef from Miami Beach, FL

- Rock, a 30-year-old executive chef from Spotsylvania, VA

- Vinnie, a 29-year-old night club chef from Milltown, NJ

- Bonnie, a 26-year-old nanny/personal chef from Los Angeles, CA

- Jen, a 26-year-old pastry chef from Hazelton, PA

- Joanna, a 22-year-old chef's assistant from Detroit, MI

- Julia, a 28-year-old short-order cook from Atlanta, GA

- Melissa, a 29-year-old line cook from New York, NY

- Tiffany, a 27-year-old kitchen manager from Scottsdale, AZ

I wonder why Heather never got that position. Didn't something happen with the first winner too and they didn't get the position they were supposed to get? I can't remember what happened. Seems kind of shady but I do enjoy this show. Gordon is a hoot.
