I still think that NS have chemistry but I just hate how they were written.

NB were not written great either. Better imo in the books than in the show. In the books, it felt like they genuinely both did love one another. But again, Nate's wishy-washy ness and Blair's control issues were annoying.

I agree with Alexa. Serena loves Dan. She left nate for dan. She came looking for Dan. back when I was on team endgame.

^^ They re-added the seasons to my Netflix. I loved season on Dan/Serena but most say they jump back and forth before ending up together in the end, and it's like. I want to skip that and just watch them! :lol:

why are dan and jenny always the worst characters on the lists? Whenever I look, I can not believe it. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: but yey chuck is number one. I'm sorry, CB is like one of my least favorite couples on TV and NS. They were never going to work imo. N/V and even N/B or N/J are better. Vanessa is the worst? DV and NV I like.

Fans are subjective in nature ;) but there are some objective indicators as well.

Chuck is such an iconic character, I guess no one can deny that, one of the "hate to love love to hate" types also ;) So it's controversial, you can see many lists which are mostly subjective not objective anyways, still the fact remains that he still remains as an iconic character. For me he's one of the most enjoyable to watch characters of all time, which is important for TV. And with Blair, they were GG :melt: But with Dan, it's a snooze fest to say the least, even if I wouldn't hate him I'd still close the screen. I loved his scenes with Chuck tho, wish they had more screen time together, they had superb potential and got wasted. Jenny for me was one the most realistic characters on TV; a teen girl, split parents, growing up under such a bad influence :shrug: I did not hate her for everything, but she became less enjoyable for sure, she was one of my faves in S2 but in S3 ugh.

I jumped in and starting watching season 1 on Netflix. Season 1 is a re-watch but I've not watched the rest, so I'm going to power through! :D

Thats interesting, you dont see a lot of people that hate chuck right away.

For me, it took a while. I liked him a lot at first but then in the later seasons he got even worse and then I couldnt stand him. :lol:

He would not fly on tv now days. Way too problematic.

Well after season 1 Chuck is so so right now! :lol:

I'm definitely a Dan Lover, and I know most might not agree, but I love Penn in the role. And will like to see his character progression through the series. Into season 2 now, stopped at episode 10 last night, so I could do some movie watches! :)

Blair has slightly irritated me with her snobbish attitude at times so hoping she moves past that immaturity. She sort of did when she sucked it up and apologized for her actions against Cyrus. :shrug:
