After viewing it again last night - Can say I liked it even more!!

This was my favorite pilot that I saw at San Diego Comic-Con. I hope it does well and gets several seasons.

While I usually dislike main pairings, when there's a lot of chances of them happening, I thought they seem to have good fun, and work well together

I have to watch the pilot though, now that it's out

i thought i read they werent gonna get together though?

for once they wanted to show a strictly female/male friendship. and i hope thats true!

I heard the same thing actually. I remember Lucy Liu stating she has no idea what direction the writers will go, but that doesn't mean much

I've missed the pilot considering it was my sister's birthday and a friend's going away party. Hopefully it's up online.

I hope they're only friends not because they Watson and Holmes. But because I would like to see more great friendships on tv, especially between men and women.

exactly. Too many shows are based on romance lately and in the long run it ruins it.

Agree. If life was like television every co-worker would become romantically involved.

Anyway it would great to see them just being friends and co-workers.

I have to see about 5 or 6 episodes to know if I'll hang onto a show or not. It's usually then that they find their rhythm and footing.

Oh yeah me too!

I try not to judge a show by it's pilot but I still enjoyed (honestly I try not to judge a show by it's first season sometimes!) it, hopefully it does well

Well it actually did pretty good in the ratings and it won it's time slot

I throughly enjoyed it myself. I think the main thing it has against it are those that refuse to view it as it's own individual show and keep comparing it to the BBC Sherlock!!

Why can't people like both or even have each show have their own fan base!!

Just because one is a fan of a show doesn't mean they need to slag other programs right

I think the whole comparison thing - is a bit like being an ART snob actually. Enjoy each for their own merits!!

I think elementary is going to be a funny,smart show - Some people complain that it's just going to be another procedural but hey I love procedurals so I'm totally okay with that assessment

If it's a GOOD smart show I'm on board!!

sometimes i way prefer pilots though and then things get off course.
