It's a shame that Chuck had to end after five seasons. It was ironically NBC's best show during the late 2000's, but they put Chuck in a terrible time slot and wasted a lot of money on shows that ended up flopping, like Heroes and Bionic Woman.

could you image what would happen if they had out effort into Chuck being their only decent show.
 to all. I miss the board right now |
I miss it too.
Tuesday was my 6th anniversary of actively joining the Chuck fandom community. I had been watching the show from the start and then on October 8, 2007 during Chuck vs. the Tango I made my first posts about the show on a forum I was a member of that had a thread for Chuck. I was able to dig up those very first posts from 6 years ago. My very first Chuck posts on the episode Chuck vs the Tango. :) Quote:

Has anyone here heard about the Lifetime movie that Sarah Lancaster will be in tonight (Saturday)?
The Preacher's Mistress Starring: Sarah Lancaster, Drew Waters, Natalia Cigliuti, Angela Rawna Genre: Drama, Suspense & Mystery Gwen Griffith is a hard working, single mom struggling to make ends meet while taking online classes to get her insurance sales license. Her overbearing mother Ellen constantly attempts to set Gwen up with the sons of her friends. But between work, online studies and raising her precocious 7-year-old son Alex, Gwen doesn't think she has time to find "Mr. Right." That is until handsome, charming and successful Ed Baker jogs into her life and makes her think perhaps there is room for love. Gwen's hopes for happily ever after crumble when Gwen discovers Ed is not only married with kids... but also the preacher of a popular church. When Ed's heiress wife is murdered, Gwen find herself in the middle of a police investigation that forces her to face skeletons from her past, and fight for her freedom and custody of her son. |
Sarah needs more work.

Did anyone else watch Sarah Lancaster's Lifetime movie? |
I haven't, no.
I'm seeing a lot of folks on tumblr that are watching the show for the first time on Netflix. The Chuck tag is actually full of Chuck-related things! A beautiful sight. But it's good to see a resurgence of sorts. |
