His transformation is incredible, I actually forget he's only acting. Don't get me wrong I hated the ending of Dexter but up until then I thought it was a great show. I agree the order of that list is all over the place, there are shows that are complete rubbish ahead of shows that changed TV. Funnily enough I've just started watching The Wire based on recommendations off the back of BB. |

That's awesome. I don't think we even have the Blu-ray here in my country. I only saw the DVDs. I only have the season 3 & 4 DVDs when my uncle from US came home and visited. I asked him to buy the entire series but only got seasons 3 & 4. I want to re-watch it again because of our discussions here. But then, the new season of shows will start next week. Oh yes Hal from MITM. I think it's true what they say that the best actors can also do great comedy. I actually knew AMC because of BrBa. The anniversary of Felina is on September 29. Almost 2 years now. Wow. Time flies indeed. I love Crawl Space too. As for the characters, I also like Gus because Giancarlo is also a badass. That Boxcutter scene was just disturbing. Even Mike was disturbed. But then I have a soft spot for our cleaner, Mike. So grumpy yet also a badass. I love his whole "No more half measures" speech to Walt. I still get goosebumps every time I re-watch that scene. And I'm so glad Jonathan Banks finally got an Emmy nod for Better Call Saul (that ep in BCS was awesome as well). So many amazing characters. Tuco was Crazy, the Cousins were creepy as well. And then there's Meth Damon, also creepy and Uncle Jack's gang. And I agree with you on Skyler. Speaking of Mike. Some of my favorite Mike scenes. And of course __________________

All the good TV comes back in the Autumn so there's less time to binge watch older shows. I'm attempting to get through The Wire before October when TWD, Fargo, and Kingdom all return, three of my favourites! TBH even Walt could be funny at times his conversations with Jesse were hilarious when he'd annoy him and call him an imbecile! How could I forget Crawl Space, I love that scene at the end when he's laughing maniacally and Skyler's like WTH is happening. Tuco and the cousins made me nervous I was always worried about what they were going to do. I hated Todd he would do something really evil and not give the slightest care about it. He was cold, I didn't blame Jesse for doing what he did to him. |

Man, I have 9. episodes to the end of "The Wire", it's literally a race time with the new season, college and sports on the weekends...
I forgot Saul to add in the best guest stars/characters (exlude Walt and Jesse). |

I watch a lot of shows too (from Orphan Black, How to Get Away, Gotham, to Scandal to the French series, Les Revenants. Also waiting for Sherlock to return). Btw, I have a question for you guys about the Blu-ray version and DVD (complete series). I went to Amazon last night to check the features again because it was expensive when it came out. It seems the special features are the same (No More Half measures documentary, etc)? A bit confused. Does the Blu-ray contain more bonus material? I only saw that it is in a barrel. I was checking out some blu-ray players at the mall earlier. S1 Walt & Jesse were funny. Goodness, that scene when they try to dissolve the body in the bathtub. And that S1 scene with Walt and Krazy-8 with the broken plate. One Minute is absolutely my favorite. Michelle MacLaren is a badass director. She loves directing violent episodes. Re The Wire - I started it before then stopped because I saw Idris Elba as Luther. Amazing series as well. __________________

Ooooh I love Les Revenants, waiting for the next series, it seems to have taken ages for the second to be made but I think it's back soon! The blu-Ray I'm getting is an Amazon special edition in a tin I don't know if it's available outside of the UK version of the site. The regular blu-Ray box set doesn't have the documentary but still has lots of other extras it's only the silver tin version that comes with the doc or so I believe. I saw the barrel I would have loved it but it's so expensive (well here it is anyway!) I love Luther too, my favourite is Alice, I love her, I hope she's in the new series! |

I want to re-watch BrBa again. Maybe this Christmas but we don't get a lot of holidays at work. __________________

Yes, it belongs in the soccer thread, thank you
When they clear up Emilio's body in Season 1 is a heaving moment. Apparently he used Baking Soda to clear it up. I love how they got it together in Season 1, Jesse and Walter. Partners in crime. __________________

^^ It was funny at first when they tried to dissolve the body. I hate Walt for always insulting Jesse though.

to be fair, he was an idiot sometimes.
I really liked Jesse(even more then Walt), but whenever he got back to drugs... Man, I would kick his ass to the point that he would never think of drugs. |

So I've just got the box set for my b'day and I've started my rewatch. I must say seeing the first ep even then the cinematography was stunning. I forgot what a crucial role it played in the show. I definately think I'm going to pick up on that sort of thing more on my second viewing, the first time round I was more focused on the story but this time I think I will pay more attention to the shots, angles, cinematography, writing etc. I'm watching with a friend and after 3 eps they were like 'it's a bit boring' I'm thinking hold on because we are just getting started!
