Premise:

Blindspot focuses on a mysterious tattooed woman who has lost her memory and does not know her own identity. The FBI discovers that each tattoo contains a clue to a crime they will have to solve.

Cast:

Sullivan Stapleton as Special Agent Kurt Weller, head of the FBI Critical Incident Response Group.

Jaimie Alexander as "Jane Doe", an amnesiac woman with tattoos on her body that connect her with Weller. A DNA test matches Taylor Shaw, Weller's neighbor when they were kids, who had vanished 25 years ago and was presumed dead.

Rob Brown as FBI Agent Edgar Reade

Audrey Esparza as FBI Agent Tasha Zapata, a former NYPD officer at the 96 for five years.

Ashley Johnson as Patterson, head of the FBI Forensic Science Unit.

Ukweli Roach as Dr. Borden, a psychologist who helps Jane Doe/Taylor Shaw in retrieving her memories.
