i love this show. so far I've only seen the first episode but it's definitely on my summer must-see list.

my favorite character is Roland, the husband of the femaie officer.

awww I LOVE this show too!! I saw an encore of the first episode then cuaght the 2nd last night!! Its really touching!! I think I will stick with this show for a while!!
Yeah i LOVE Roland!!! and I also like Roxy (the southern bell, that JUST married the amry guy!)

This show is very good.

My favorite character so far is Roxie, but I actually like all the main characters. The only two I don't like are the kid beating up his mother and the pregnant wife's hubby.

Like the cast interaction and teh acting.

So far so good and I will most definately continue to watch.

I agree, I really like Roxie, I think she is my favorite character, but I am liking all of the characters, they have GREAT storylines, so different, and unquie, yet their chesmtry is amazing!

the acting is also soo great!! and the plot seems soo intresting from what I can tell so far!!!

I was sooo surprised when the babies were black... I mean i KNEW they wernt hers, but i didnt think she had black babies... I guess they did that, so their was NO WAY they could keep, or show the babies!

I like this show. With a fave of mine, Blood Ties, on summer hiatus, it's nice to see something else just as great on Lifetime. I love the character Roxy as well as Roland. I also like the cast interaction. Definitely going to keep watching it and see where it goes.

I was hoping someone would start an Army Wives thread :) I love this show. I was waiting for like 2 months for it to come on, and when it did I wasn't dissapointed in the least bit. As stated before, the acting is amazing, and the SLs are so genius. I can't wait to see what else the writers have ins tore for us.

I enjoyed it. I've only seen the first episode. It kept my interest. And I would have to say, at this point, Roxy is my favorite Army wife. ;)

yeah, with most shows on Hiatus, I'm excited to get into this show!! It seems great! I'm glad its a summer running show!! Hopefully we will get a full season!

WOW 2 moths!! sooo long! I have seen this advertised, but I'm not really one to wait and wait on a show... I just HAPPEN to catch it on saturday flipping through channels, and then watched the 2nd epp, and now I'm addicted!! I really think I will like this show!! its amazing so far!!
I'm really excited to see where the writers take the storlines as well!

You should try and catch the second Epp online @ lifetime.com!! its really good!! the ending is sooo emotional!

so far i'm enjoying all the characters... roxy pwns the most though... i love how she is always trying to help everyone out... she never compromises who she is, i like that a lot... her showing denise how to box :rotfl: but denise seems to be kind of a push over... she needs to learn how to defend herself so yea, i hope she grows

roland is the best male character by far... he is so understanding towards not only joan but all the women... its refreshing to have a character who can relate to the women lol

I have the second episode on my TiVo. ;) I just haven't watched it. Working alot of hours...no time. :yawn:

I havent seen last nights episode yet, ill either watch it tonight at 8pm, (they are playing it again,. incase anyone missed it) or ill watch it online tonight!!! cant wait to discuss after I see it!!

How do you guys think REAL army wives like this show??? In a way, I think it's pretty on key

I watched the first episode, and while it was entertaining, I didn't think it was very realistic at all. I have some friends who are army wives and it just didn't ring true to me.
