I didnt realize that Hotel was going to part of this too? WTF!!! HOW. :lol: Evan Peters is literally playing 3 different characters this season then... this is just getting too weird.

I liked all the witchy stuff in episode 4, it reminded me of Harry Potter lmao. It was cool to see the season 3 witches again... but I'm still a little lost. So the new 3 witches are different people? I would think maybe they were queen and tiassa's character (loved seeing her again btw) but then we saw mallory in a scene WITH tiassa, so we know they arent supposed to be the old witches in bodies... right? Unless tiassa's character (blanking on her name) decided she wanted to be in the body of the mallory girl? I guess it will be explained better later on.

I had the same feeling though, the shift feels too jarring to me. I hope they are just trying to explain things for a few episdoes and then they will go back to the setting/characters from the first few episodes because I was enjoying that plot.

I want to see Tate again too and an explanation for why everyone looks the same. I know I am hung up ion this but if its not explained I am gonna be pretty disappointed.

A couple of questions:

Since when is the Coven so anti-male? Nan had a boyfriend whom she cared for deeply. Zoe loved Kyle, who Madison also had the hots for. Cordelia was married, even though her husband turned out to be a traitorous witch hunter who ultimately chose to protect Cordelia and the Coven from the Voodoo cult. And Fiona got involved with the Axe Man, who was a freaking serial killer. So what's up with the Coven's spiteful attitude and condescension towards the warlocks and men in general? Wasn't Merlin a man? Aren't there wizards and sorcerers who are just as powerful as witches? Wasn't Zoe about to run off with Kyle at one point?

And where is Kyle? Didn't he become the new caretaker of the Coven after he killed Madison when she refused to try and save Zoe? And if Michael is the one who brought Madison and Queenie back to life, then how the hell did Myrtle come back? When we last saw her she was voluntarily being burned at the stake for a second time to protect Cordelia's new reign from any scandal that resulted from Myrtle killing the members of the Witches' Council. And how will Misty be resurrected?

And what happened to Constance Langdon? I assumed that Miriam Meade's robot memory was based on Constance's memory, but now we see that Michael was actually being raised by a totally different woman that Miriam was based on, who was a Satanist. So what happened to Constance? She was the one raising Michael after she took him from the Murder House at the end of season 1. I'm assuming that both the Harmon House and the Cortez Hotel were destroyed by the nuclear holocaust, so does that mean the ghosts can roam freely now? Will Tate, Violet, Ben, Vivien, and Countess Elizabeth also show up?

This season has restored my faith in it. I am o seeded just like seasons 1-3.

Hi, Jade! :wave: :hug: I agree. :nod: This season is definitely an improvement and brining back the Coven witches and the Murder House storyline was a great idea. :nod: I can't wait for Tate, Violet, Ben, and Vivien to return. :nod: I just wish now I'd watched Hotel, because I'd understand some of this stuff a lot more. :bawl: I lost interest after Freak Show, and I meant to watch Hotel but I never got around to it. :( The Cortez is like the Harmon House I guess, trapping all the ghosts of those who died in it inside, including Queenie. And the Countess was a vampire, I guess. I wonder if she's still alive?

I wasn't at all interested in Roanoke or Cult. :shrug: I'm glad this season is so much better. :nod:

I heard all of the series were going to have little eggs in the season. Not sure how i feel abut that. I liked that they were all supposed to be separate storylines... not sure how ill feel about this season once its over, i might have just preferred it was its own thing.

Im hoping we will get answers for all the questions eventually but I dont have high hopes. AHS is very scattered and tends to go off in weird plots.

Not just those, but Murder House as well. Don't forget who Michael's biological parents are. ;) Tate Langdon and Vivien Harmon from season 1. Tate, Violet, Ben, and Vivien are all supposed to return later this season.

And I still have no idea who it was in the black rubber man suit from Murder House in episode 2 of Apocalypse. Was it Tate, or someone else? And again, what happened to Constance Langdon that this Satanist Miriam woman ended up raising Tate instead?
