And also: all of a sudden this lights are blinding me, I never noticed how bright they would be .
For me it's so obviously about fame. He's saying that now he's on the spotlight and that at first everything was great and he loved it but now he realizes the pressure of this life, how it's not perfect and it's actually really hard and even damaging (hence the blinding).
