Beauty and the Beast - "Trapped"

JT suspects that Catherine is the trigger of Vincent’s blackouts, so to disprove this theory, Vincent allows JT to inject him with endorphins and sedatives that force him into a fugue state. In flashback, Vincent recalls his time in Afghanistan when he received his first super soldier shot, and remembers who injected him with the DNA altering substance. He also recollects how the other soldiers experienced unpredictable side effects, including fugue states, and is relieved to know that Cat isn’t causing his blackouts. Vincent shares his memory about Murifield with Cat, who experiences some recollections of her own. Then, as Cat and Tess investigate the attempted murder of a teen pop star, Evan suspects that Cat is deliberately protecting the vigilante who saved him in the subway.

Yes! It was a fantastic episode

Cat and Vincent are just so perfect for each other. I loved that we got to know more about Vincent and his time in Afghanistan and we learnt what role Cat's mother played in making Vincent what he is. But it also showed that she was trying to control the side effects and she did care for the soldiers like Vincent. We finally learned how Vincent got his scar too protecting Cat's mother

Now they are both trying to focus on the present and future rather than the past hopefully they can move forward. Vincent is already more actively pursuing his feelings for Cat and letting them guide him as to what to do next. Their end scene was perfection

Cat has always carried this guilt that it was her fault her Mom got killed. But now she is finding out more about what her Mom did and she can finally start moving forward but like she said it won't be easy but with Vincent, her Dad, sister and friends I think she will definitely get there.

Jake Riley and Tess were a great duo

The constant flirting on Jakes part and I think Tess had a soft spot for him by the end

J.T. was amazing too sneaking into the police station and making that serum for Vincent we got to see his science talents in full swing

But it does now mean that he is on Evan's radar now and that can't be good

Cat and Vincent were amazing as usual! I love how close they've gotten, and I especially love that the serum worked and now Vincent can act more normal again. Now he can be Cat's date to her dad's wedding next episode!

Jake Riley and Tess were hilarious! I couldn't stop laughing when they had scenes together!

Cat and Vincent were amazing as always and each episode we are seeing them get closer and now the serum worked he can control his beast side more and already is starting to open up more and let Cat in

Currently, we are following Catherine's case of the weekend and mix with Vincent's story. However, after watching this episode, I hope we can see more about Vincent's time in war zone.

I guess there is also possibility that he is not the only survived ones that writers can create more arc. Furthermore, I want to know, who started this wicked project and responsible for it.

It was interesting to finally get more background on Vincent and see what it was like for him in Afghanistan

I hope we do learn more about the project like who started it and why.

I loved it when all of the car alarms went off. That was pretty funny! And, the song...oh my. JR is so girl crazed...especially for girls so out of his league!

There hasn't been an episode of this show that I didn't like for the reasons that have already been mentioned. I have liked the pacing of this show and I think that it's rare to see on television show no matter what the genre that two characters fully realize that they have to work on letting go of the past in order to work on moving foward in both the present and the future as Catherine and Vincent have realized. I also cannot wait to see what happens in JT and Evan's storyline too.

I agree this show has set the foundations for an epic love story and now we just get to watch it unfold

I am interested in J.T. and Evan's storylines too

The show is just perfect! It's moving along at such a great pace. The storylines and each of the characters are being written amazingly and it's great! I have yet to find a fault in this show.
