I'm glad you could find a way to shorten the quote to make it fit.

That's a quote from Giancarlo Esposito on whether his character Tom would kill Bass. Here's the full quote:

"I think of that sweet, lovely man who’s inside of Monroe and he’s just misguided and needs to be redirected. Would I kill him? Of course I’d kill him. But would I rehab him first? I would try."

I think it reflects what we want to see happening with Bass. For him to have a chance to change and become a better person.

I found some pictures and a brief report of David at the opening night of the Palm Springs International Short Film Festival on June 19th:

I love the title. We all want a brighter future ahead for Bass and they have opened that path with him admitting he knows how much blood there is on his hands. I think he is heading the same path as Miles who also killed hundreds of innocents before finding redemption.

Although like IloveJules, it is easier for me to understand why Bass became this way after losing his entire family then understanding why Miles became the butcher of Baltimore.

Wow, so record could be nominated for an Oscar? Love it.

From what I understood, only if the film had won an award at the Palm Springs Festival. Which wasn't the case, unfortunately.

Yes,someone told me Julie and david met filming the pilot for Day one. Really wished they had at least done a TV movie with this one.

I would love for david to do a guest star on Dalass, love that show and Julie.

That laugh is adorable. I think I would melt into a puddle of goo if I met him.

The show has been casting a lot of new characters but no news about Bass's son so far. Hoping this is not dropped

In my mind that's Bass being flirtatious with Rachel.

If she let him, he would totally go for her.

I don't think they're going to drop the son storyline. Bass said it to Rachel. That's important. The son is the one that's going to save him. I hope. I just think it won't be easy to find him, considering Bass has no idea where he is and Bass is by himself now.
