I think this is her actual name is Chien Na Wei or at least in the comics. But she is also called China White, and its what they are calling her in Arrow.

Its just basically a cop show, where there is martial arts cop, and he fights crime but when we see him fight, he does martial arts on the baddies lol

So Late 1990's.
But the the most current thing I saw Kelly in was the Vampire Diaries. But has done a few voice acting jobs for the DC Universe. __________________

I do remember seeing stills for that, but I never watch XMen.
Honestly I was more of a Rogue/Cyclops fan (even though it seems like they would never become canon) So I kind of stopped watching the Xmen series in general. __________________
