It is! And they even had a storyline based around her brunette hair and then they hired Caity Lotz and never explained why she's suddenly blonde. They even made her blonde in flashbacks and on the boat, when an easy explanation could've been she dyed it some time after the she didn't die on the boat. That used to bug me so much that they hired a blonde and never explained after an actual storyline involving her brunette hair, but now even less logical stuff has happened on this show so I'm like whatever. I do think original Sara and LL looked more alike though.

I have long hair and I don't go out fighting every night and it gets in my facd all the time. I rarely leave it down lol! So yeah long hair flowing freely while trying to fight makes no sense?!

Of course there's lack of logic elsewhere too like Oliver leaving his arms exposed as the GA and Diggle wearing half a helmet that he can barely see out of and Thea and LL becoming motorcycle vigilantes out of the blue.
