I have a theory about who he is, after watching last episode
Why would Quentin have that "star" with him? Let's think that Bill (or Billy?) is Prometheus. He didn't do anything until he realized that Felicity, who works for the Green Arrow, has been studying the stars. And I'm sure that he knows how smart she is, that she would find a clue. Then, what can he do? Let's leave the star to Quentin, because he was part of the police department so Green Arrow would focus on him. But well, another option is this guy who is working with Oliver (I don't remember his name). __________________

^Well, it wouldn't surprise me that Felicity is dating a very smart guy. Her ex boyfriend from college, Ray, and even Oliver is smart! But if it's Billy, then I'm intrigued on what will happen between him and Felicity.
If he's Prometheus, I know she won't find out it soon, but what will happen to their relationship? Will Felicity be in risk? Or will she be his weakness? __________________

Okay, s now w know Prometheus has been working with Artemis the whole time. Interesting. So that means he has know who Oliver his and his connection to Felicity the whole time as well. Maybe Mahone maybe not.

And he knows all the people who work for him. I wonder, what does he want, then? He didn't kill Oliver or the rest of the team when he had the opportunity. Why doesn't he reveal Oliver's secret identity?

Prometheus likes taunting and playing games. In that way he kind of reminds me of Slade a bit. I think he enjoys keeping Oliver in the dark and on his toes.

It felt to easy to me as well. Thats why i was wondering if the whole illegitimate son thing was just a red herring. I guess we shall see in time.
