 I was gonna do it last night but if you didnt notice i kept Double Posting instead so i was like screw it... Ill do it tomorrow when i get home. Im so excited for this episode. The first step to bring my fav bromance back together. __________________

The new team working together out on the field, let's hope this isn't an epic fail.
 Curtis getting beat down right now.  As expected because he needs a whole lot more training... I don't think he was even really for field and Wild Dog missed the show, talk about a bad first day of the team.Evelyn ever going to do anything for the team? Seems like the most irrelevant one. Aww.  Rory's off the team after learning Felicity's role in Havenrock and his explanation really does makes sense. I can see why it's difficult to work around Felicity.  Lyla and Oliver have a plan to break Diggle out of prison. "And John is just a fugitive for the rest of his life?" Felicity has a valid point their which is why I dislike this. Breaking Diggle out of prison just for him to be a fugitive. I dislike this a lot.Felicity isn't sure about any of this. lol It's really understandable for Felicity not to be understandable with it... I love that Oliver is all in when it comes to Diggle.  Flashback scene. Mayor Oliver Queen taking a few days off his duties to focus strictly on his mission to rescue Diggle.  I enjoyed the scene with Oliver, Quentin and Thea.  Good, Oliver ain't getting anyone else involved in his plan, just ready to go. Felicity sad about Rory. And she's telling Curtis about it... and yeah, it's difficult to know what to say if you are Felicity in this situation..."Palmer Tech" ... Ray Palmer, come back from the dead eventually, please.  Interesting! Legends of tomorrow promo for tomorrow's episode.  I love it.Back to the episode, a Oliver and Felicity scene. I'm with Felicity and Oliver during this scene. Oliver just don't what Lyla ask of him because Diggle is like his brother and he'd do anything for him however, Felicity points are very logical. It's not the great life for Diggle to live if he gets breaking out of prison. Nice Felicity bringing up, Roy.Oliver is holding his ground though. No guilt tripping him out of this mission. lol Felicity, we know you'll talk to Rory by the end of this episode... hopefully you are successful. Felicity told the recruits about what Oliver was going to do?  Felicity, I love you, but this team doesn't stand a chance. lol Come on."That you're gonna break into a military prison? Yeah, and you got the nerve to call me Wild Dog?" Although wasn't it Felicity who thought of the nickname? I love Oliver confidence that he won't get caught. lol Curtis, WTF are you smoking?  You really have no control over what Oliver does, that's like a 10 second fight at most. lol Tobias Church just continue doing his evil. Green Arrow took them out as quickly as I expected. More training recruits. lolFelicity not thinking that Oliver would actually hit them.... umm... Felicity you do know Oliver right? lolAgreed with Curtis here... I don't get how Felicity really thought it was going to go any other kind of way. Nice to see Quentin and Thea back at the Arrow cave. Now Oliver isn't in town so the team is doing all of this alone without Green Arrow... would be nice for Speedy to make an appearance. The start of the breakout, let's roll! Great job, Lyla!!! 25 minutes to successfully do this mission. I like Oliver meeting Pyotr Friedkin in the flashbacks while locked up for a bit. Oliver reading him perfectly! Oh cold, Oliver. Bratva codename for Oliver here. Back to the present.... no one is near the camera's right now. Great job thus far Oliver! Can't wait to see Diggle's reaction when he sees Oliver. Seeing as how he doesn't want to get out.Felicity finds Rory, as expected. She's talking to him about why he's quitting the team. I really enjoy this scene, Emily Bett is just so perfect as Felicity, when it comes to showing exactly how Felicity is feeling.  Decent speech, hopefully she got through to him.. but yeah, he can't think about joining back up with them again. Diggle is in cell 1138... Diggle isn't here right now though. Oh he got moved to Gen Pop... bad timing. The mission seems like a fail thus far. Lyla abort the mission...Back to 5 years ago, Oliver (Bratva) threatening Friedkin... dang... and he just killed him? Back to the present... Wild Dog calling Felicity, "blondie" which she doesn't like. Rene: You probably got beat up in grade school a lot.Code Yellow, and a lock down at the military prison. Rory rejoined the team, not that long of an suspense since I knew he was returning. Rene with his, "blondie" nickname again. Oh, Diggle back in the cell and Oliver just appearing and trying to get Diggle out of her right now! "You're my brother, John. What happens to you happens to me."  Oliver wants Diggle back as Spartan. The city, the team and Oliver needs Diggle.So great to see Diggle and Oliver in the same scene again. Suspenseful breakout. Suspenseful mission. LET THE ACTION BEGIN! Let's go recruits and Diggle and Oliver. Oh. The recruits in some bad danger right now.Tobias vs Wild Dog! Sadly they have to leave Wild Dog. Seems like Diggle and Oliver are about to get caught but awesome escape plan. WOW!! Talk about a great breakout. Diggle in a hiding place right now! Aww Diggle and Lyla back together again. I really don't like Diggle as a fugitive right now. Also, I love how well Diggle knows Felicity. He knows she wouldn't have approved with this plan."When you said you haven't changed. Don't." Great words from Diggle to Oliver! and I agree. Don't change Oliver.In the flashback, Oliver feels guilty for killing Friedkin. Felicity guilty again for telling the team to leave Wild Dog behind and Rory and her made a deal to not be feeling guilty all the time. Let's hope it's a success.Oliver back with the team! And it did seem like Oliver was waiting for an entrance line there with the way he came in.Wild Dog getting tortured here. Tobias trying to make Wild Dog a broken man. Episode complete. I loved it!! |

My two favorite scenes were definitely the Felicity/Rory and the Oliver/Diggle moments. Both heartfelt and touching.
I did also love the team thinking they could stop Oliver and he just takes them out in like 2 seconds. Ragman/Rory is starting to become a favorite of mine and I really thought id hate his character cause i wanted to stay away from the mystical stuff. I was a little disappointed that Speedy didnt suit up in the teams time of need without Oliver. It felt like the prime time for her to step up and be a leader. Maybe thats just me. Who knows. Should have known some more cops would die. Not funny but funny because it always seems SCPD are expendable.__________________

The Felicity/Rory scenes were great
 I don't know what to feel about Diggle, I mean, now he's with his family but it will be more difficult for him to solve this biggest issue... he escaped from prison. Maybe HIVE can do something for him I really thought Thea was going to join the team for the mission __________________

New here but so glad i found somewhere to post with fellow arrow fans. I recently started watching old episodes of Arrow when they aired on TNT and was hooked from the get go. Since season 3 was airing, I sort of got caught midway and wanted to catch up and see what had happened in previous seasons and the seasons that led up to season 5. (missed the first 2 episodes of season 5 before I realized it was on but caught up on my CW app) I purchased the dvd's 1-4 season and couldnt wait for season 5 but was a little disappointed in the new team. I sure hope diggle does come back and would love for speedy and roy to return as well.

The new team is so pathetic.
(well, until the end!)Rory is hot. So glad that Felicity was able to talk to him and that he decided to come back to the team. They should have been love interests this season instead of her other lame boyfriend lol.It was sort of fun watching Felicity lead the team in Oliver's absence. "Go! Do not die." Oliver going to save Diggle was so sweet. Poor Rene! |
