After watching all 3 seasons , I liked her in season 1 . Season 2 till her mother was murdered , I didn't like her character . Season 3 I fell back in love with her . She was so powerfull in many ep . Best thing they did was dump the prep school girl luck . Season 3 more belly shirts and few love making scenes . I am glad the " blonde DJ " turned out to be a spy for league of assassins and got killed .
I was a bit sad when they temp killed her , but knowing the story of ras ah guel and the offer to Oliver , I knew she had to live . End of this last season she seemed to be in the right story .

I knew she wasn't going to die at all. And I agree with you, season 3 was probably one or the best for Thea, she changed a lot and she showed us how strong she can be! At this point, she's way different to the teenage girl we saw in season 1.

I'm so excited that Thea will more integrated into the group now. I'm hoping we will get to see lots of her bonding with Felicity because as the two most important people in Oliver's life they definitely need to have a closer relationship and based on what we saw of them together in season 3, I already love that dynamic. Definitely want more of that. I'm hoping they will become like sisters in season 4. I also hope Thea will bond more with Diggle and Lyla. I didn't realize how little time she had actually spent with Diggle until she called him Mr. Diggle. Clearly they are not as close as they should be. But hopefully they will get closer in season 4. I would love to see him become like another brother to her. I want more of those family dinner scenes like from 3x21 only happier and with Oliver included. I loved seeing all of them bond and be there for Thea. I'm just excited to see her interacting with the group more (I wish Roy was around for this ) and to see her on TA. It will be so great to see her really have renewed purpose and passion in life through TA. And it will be interesting to see her and Oliver fighting side by side. I'm excited for more of their sweet brother/sister moments too.

I'm just excited for Thea to hopefully take a bigger role in season 4. Also Thea should be happier this season. Aside from not having Roy in her life right now, she knows she has many people that love her in her life, there are pretty much no more secrets between her and Oliver , he's happy and open with her and they are closer than ever, she has essentially made peace with MM, she no longer feels like a victim all the time and she's finally healing from all the pain she endured this season and she has decided to be Speedy and help protect SC. Oh and Sara will be coming back to life so that should mean Thea will be free from the guilt of what MM made her do to Sara. Things are looking much better for Thea going into season 4. I anticipate a much lighter, happier Thea this season too. It should be a really good season for her.


Totally random thought, but I wonder if Thea still has her club. To me it's unclear if Verdant can still exist. They never really mentioned what would happen to the club, but I feel like a police raid on the vigilante hideout in the basement would kill a club. And I don't know who the heck was running it while she was busy almost dying and going to NP and visiting Roy. Plus it seems like the Foundry as a whole is gone from the show. But if the club is gone, I wonder what that means for Thea jobwise. She isn't hurting for money, but she needs to be doing something during the day.

@IBelieveInMiracles I hope she gets a more important role in this next season, she is already very important, but now that Roy/Colton is gone for a while, she can be on screen for more time than before and/or in other seasons. Both Diggle and Lyla should me more time in her life, especially Diggle who is like a brother to Oliver!
I do agree about the happier Thea, she's not into troubles or she does not have reasons to be sad about something, so I think season 4 better be one of the best (or just the best) seasons about her because if not, then all this wait for Thea to become in Speedy and also to finally be happy, would be a waste of time developing her character in the last season.
I don't think she is still working with Verdant, so for sure we'll know something by getting closer to season 4 premiere or at least in the first episodes of s4.
