The best part of this episode for me is the reveal to Oliver about his mother. Been waiting for that to happen for long. It didn't disappoint. I was glad Diggle didn't stop looking into it just like Oliver didn't with his military friend. I admit at some points I got frustrated with Oliver's denial about him mother even if it was understandable. The moment when it really sunk in, some of Stephen's best work. The promo!
I actually enjoyed the interaction between Arrow and Laurel it didn't feel so stiff like some of the past meetings. I felt so bad for Laurel. She was spot on with she said to her Dad. On top of that Tommy got angry at her for doing her job. I didn't care for that. Loved that she stuck up for Arrow. Seeing her kick ass was awesome! __________________

Had no interest inthe villain, he just wasn't that memorable to me. Lots of character interactions were good though.
What I liked is: Digs intervention in the mission was awesome. He had to do what needed to be done. Sorry Ollie. It was good to see Laurel having an arc sort of. Some intense stuff going on between her, Ollie and her father. A sneaky move by Quentin but understandable. Some more canary action finally. The last part with Ollie telling Moira, "you have failed this city"was a brilliant cliffhanger. Thea starting her internship was a good step. Always like whenever Colin/Tommy has scenes but I hope they give him something more to stand on his own too. Gosh there was a lot of betrayal and many damaged relationships, cant wait to see how things go.. |

Laurel kicking ass again I loved that..
I have to say I'm happy she wants a bit of distance to her dad.. It really suits her character.. I loooved the Arrow Laurel interaction.. There was way not enought Thea in that episode.. And the end.. with Arrow and Moira.. I can't wait to see more of that next week. AAnnd I loved Arrow stopped Laurel's father from harmng that criminal.. __________________

it would be interesting to see where that path takes him, and how he handles the situation. Yes, he confronted her, but the promo seems to indicate that she is alive.
So would he ask for Laurel and her help (even though it would probably open some wounds or again), kill her, or force her to go to jail to answer her for her crimes. __________________

Why wouldn't she be alive?. I mean to think that he'd kill his own mother is a bit far.. I mean he also said he wanted to have a chat with her..

I think he would as well. But I doubt she is going to get a free pass just because she is his mother. I mean she is the reason why Sarah and his father are dead. Why he was stuck on an island for five years. Thats what I meant in my eariler post.
But we do see Oliver falling to the ground most likely from a gun wound, and in another scene in the promo he is on an operating table. __________________

She definitely doesn't but he sure wants to be sure what it is she's gotten herself into

Maybe, or he may want her to pay for her crimes. He may have hesistated, but I think their relationship is definately going to change.
Honestly she should go to jail. __________________
