Episode Three, Oliver Queen needed some computer help, goes to his company's IT department and meets Felicity Smoak.
After a funny introduction, stammering and her titling her head at his ridiculous lie.
The showrunner's twitter feed exploded with “the blonde IT girl” who made Oliver Queen smile.
After that Olicity was unstoppable.

Stephen Amell and Emily Bett Rickards have been playing the sexual-tension of the Olicity relationship for three seasons now, and it will be nice to see them actually portray a couple.

the reason that Oliver loves Felicity is because Felicity has allowed him to get in touch with pieces of his personality and his character that he thought were long gone. Stephen Amell and Emily Bett Rickards pulled positively phenomenal performances out of one another as Oliver and Felicity faced very real issues with their relationship. While each had impressive scenes with others they were exceptional together. They’ve expanded on the chemistry that sparked and sparkled them into the power couple of the series and they successfully portrayed a couple truly, madly, terrifyingly in love.
"Stephen and I are really protective of that too.Sorta keeping a commucation basis. But we were really focused on that we didn't want this relationship to ever seem trite or immature. And like these are the things they want to work and this is how they feel comfortable together and they're connected together and they have to communicate. So keeping it sort of fresh and new in this healthy communication we're hoping will be fun to watch as well to live because we have a really great time working those scenes because we want to make them a reality. Like a happy reality in this bomb of a world."
Rickards admitted that when she and her on-screen love interest, Stephen Amell, are about to shoot any Olicity moments, they love to throw some improv into their scenes. “I can share that we both try and mess each other up [quite a bit] right before we do take, which keeps us on our toes,” the actress dished.
“I think because we work so well as a couple on-screen, you’ve got to have those improv moments to sort of sell that,” Rickards explained. “There’s not really a boundary between us anymore, as actors, like [with] touching and as far as that goes because our characters don’t have that either, so I think that’s what shows the connection.”
