nothing. we have very thin walls in my house, so I didnt want to do anything that would make noise and wake my parents up. so I just laid there all night tossing and turning hoping id fall asleep ,but sadly that didnt happen

last two nights I barely got any sleep. no idea why just couldnt fall asleep for some reason

ankle feels a little better but still have some pain

they insurance wouldn't cover the PT. so I gotta wait till I see the dr again to see if he has any other options I can do. it feels a lot better then before but still have some pain when I move it a certain way
