That is an excellent question. I don't think there were ever any punches thrown...but I could be wrong. I'm going to have to keep an eye out for that when I do a rewatch. :lurking: :)

Main one I remember is when Klaus had a hold of Damon's heart but somehow didn't kill him regarding to something that Stefan did. Think it was the episode where Stefan was outside with Elena and Damon was distracting Klaus
