I'm sure he considers himself British, even though technically he's British American (mom is British, dad is American). He was born in LA, but only lived in the US until he was 3 so he's spent almost all of his life in England, I'm sure he still has his American citizenship though since the UK doesn't require you to renounce your former country as they allow dual citizenship.
