I think he's been the best MCU villain, closely followed by Killmonger. I'm just glad they made their villains better cause that was one of their weakest factors until GOTG v2 IMO.

  • Go to google.
  • Search on Thanos.
  • Then on the right side there is the infinity gauntlet.
  • Click on it and see what happens.
  • After it is done, click on the gauntlet again.

I would say Loki even they didn't make him a good guy bec he would be great villain if he stay villain and Killmonger..
